Ingredients :

  • Water - 400 ml.

  • Jau Sattu - 2 tsp.

  • Jaggery Powder - 2 tsp.

  • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp.

  • Ginger Juice - 1/2 tsp.

  • Mint leaves - 2-4.

  • Black Salt - As needed.

  • Ice Cubes - 2-4.



  • How to prepare :

  • Mix sattu and jaggery in water and stir it well or till jaggery is completely dissolved in water.

  • Add Lemon juice, Ginger juice , black salt and stir it well.

  • Top with ice cubes and mint leaves and serve.
