Rechaka(laxative), kusthaghna(useful in skin disorders), kandughna (useful in itching), udarrogahara(useful in abdominal disorders), kamlahara (used to treat jaundice), apasmarahara (used to treat epilepsy)

Therapeutic Uses
|
1. Kamla - juice of indravaruni with jaggery in jaundice
2. Apasmara - juice with sunthi powder is useful as a nasya treatment for epilepsy.
3. Khalitya - root paste with cow's urine is applied to the scalp in hair fall.
4. Kustha - root decoction and fruit juice are useful for bio purification (Vamana) in skin disorders.
