Why is it called Yoga Mudrasana?
Yoga Mudrasana is named so because this yoga posture helps unite the body, mind, and senses while promoting deep concentration. During the practice, awareness is focused on the Ajna Chakra (Agya Chakra or Third Eye Chakra), which is traditionally associated with intuition, mental clarity, and inner awareness.
