Step-by-Step Instructions to Perform Virabhadrasana

  1. Stand upright in a comfortable position with your palms facing forward.

  2. Take a deep inhale and step your feet apart, maintaining a distance of about 3-4 feet.

  3. Bend your right knee, ensuring it aligns above the ankle, while keeping the left leg straight and extended backward.

  4. Raise both arms to shoulder level, keeping them aligned at a right angle to the body.

  5. Slowly lift both arms overhead and join your palms in Namaskar Mudra.

  6. Keep your spine straight, chest open, and gaze forward.
