How to Perform Vajra Mudra (Step-by-Step Guide)
- Sit comfortably on the floor, yoga mat, or chair according to your convenience.
- Assume a meditation posture such as Padmasana (Lotus Pose) or Sukhasana (Easy Pose).
- Keep your spine straight and relax your shoulders.
- Take a few deep breaths to normalize your breathing pattern. Inhale and exhale slowly and deeply.
- Place both hands on your knees or thighs in a relaxed position.
- Join the tips of the middle, ring, and little fingers with the thumb.
- Gently curl the tongue upward so it touches the palate. Breathe slowly and calmly for 2-3 minutes.
- Release the mudra slowly and relax.
