Steps to Perform Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
- Lie down on your stomach in Makarasana (Crocodile Pose).
- Place both palms beside your shoulders with elbows bent.
- Press your palms firmly into the floor and gently begin to straighten your arms.
- As you inhale, lift your chest and upper body upward, shifting your body weight onto your hands.
- Slowly lift your waist and thighs off the floor, balancing your body on your hands and toes.
- In the final position, keep your gaze forward, arms straight, spine arched, and thighs lifted off the ground.
- While exhaling, gently lower your body and relax back into Makarasana.
