Dharmachakra Mudra is associated with the Dharma, symbolizing the Wheel of Dharma and the continuous cycle of life, from birth to death.

How to Perform Dharmachakra Mudra

  1. Sit comfortably on the floor, a yoga mat, or a chair according to your convenience.

  2. Begin by sitting in a comfortable meditation posture, such as Padmasana (Lotus Pose) or Sukhasana (Easy Pose).

  3. Take a few deep breaths and allow your breathing to become slow, steady, and natural.

  4. Bring both hands to the level of the heart chakra and keep them relaxed.

  5. Place the left palm facing toward the body and the right palm facing outward.

  6. With a deep breath, gently bring the tips of the index fingers toward the respective thumbs without applying pressure.

  7. Using the left index finger and thumb, gently touch the middle finger of the right hand.

  8. Close your eyes and focus your attention on your hands. Observe the natural sensations, vibrations, and flow of energy.

  9. Throughout the practice, breathe deeply and calmly while maintaining awareness around the heart centre.
