Why is it called Abhaya Mudra?
Abhaya Mudra is named after the Sanskrit word "Abhaya", meaning fearlessness, and "Mudra", meaning hand gesture. This yoga mudra is practiced to cultivate fearlessness, inner strength, and emotional stability in daily life and during different mental states.
