Vrushya (aphrodisiac), grahi (reduces excessive secretions), trishnahara (decreases excessive thirst), raktapittahara (useful in bleeding disorders)

Therapeutic Uses

1. Atisara - gruel preparation from the fruit pulp is beneficial in diarrhea.
2. Raktapitta - dried powder of fruit kernel is given in bleeding disorders.
3. Garbhapata - in the abortion powder of shrungataka is beneficial.

Powder - 5-10 gm
