How to Use Rose Flower in the Kitchen

Recipe: |
Take fresh rose petals and wash them thoroughly. |
Coarsely churn them 2-3 times or finely chop them. |
In a glass jar, create a ½ inch layer of rose petals. |
Add a layer of rock sugar powder evenly over the petals. |
Repeat the layering process until all the petals are used. |
Close the jar with a lid and place it in sunlight for 7-8 days, stirring occasionally every other day. |
Add cardamom powder at the end for extra flavor. |
Serve with milk or consume as is for a refreshing summer drink. |
This preserve helps in reducing dyspepsia and is beneficial for stomach ulcers. |
Rose-Cashew Energy Bars:

Rose petals dried |

Cashew powder |

Recipe: |
In a pan, add rock sugar with ¾ cup of water and cook until it reaches a two-string consistency. |
Mix in cashew powder, rose petals, figs, and cardamom powder, stirring well. |
Transfer the mixture onto a plate, spread it evenly, and let it cool. |
Once set, shape it into lemon-sized balls or cut it into squares. |

Recipe: |

Add coconut water, cardamom powder, and fennel seeds. |
Blend for 1-2 pulses, then mix in rock sugar powder, finely chopped betel leaves, and rose petals. |
