How to Use Large Cardamom in the Kitchen

| Recipe: |
| In a small bowl, combine 2-3 teaspoons of milk with coffee, cinnamon, and large cardamom powder. Beat well for 8-10 minutes. |
| Heat a pot over medium flame and add milk. Bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes. |
| Pour the boiled milk into the bowl and mix thoroughly. |

| Recipe: |
| In a bowl, combine papaya, freshly cut basil leaves, and raw papaya. Mix well. |
| Add salt, pepper, and large cardamom powder. |
| Finally, drizzle lemon juice and mix again. |
| Heat oil in a pan, add sesame seeds and let them pop. Pour the sesame tempering over the salad. |

| Recipe: |
| Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add ghee. Stir in the millet flour and roast on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes until it turns light brown. |
| Gradually add water and jaggery, stirring continuously. Simmer until the mixture becomes a smooth, uniform liquid. |
| Add ajwain seeds and large cardamom powder, then cook for another 1-2 minutes. |
| Serve hot. |
