How to Use Basil Seeds in the Kitchen

  • Basil seeds have been used for a long time to prepare sweet and refreshing drinks.

  • When soaked, they absorb water and form a soft, gel-like texture, making them visually appealing.

  • Depending on the recipe, they are also beneficial home remedies for digestive issues like dyspepsia, diarrhea, and constipation.

  • Additionally, basil seeds support detoxification and help rejuvenate the skin.

  • While they have a mild flavour rather than a strong taste, their unique texture makes them a valuable ingredient in various recipes.
