How to Use Basil Seeds in the Kitchen
Basil seeds have been used for a long time to prepare sweet and refreshing drinks.
When soaked, they absorb water and form a soft, gel-like texture, making them visually appealing.
Depending on the recipe, they are also beneficial home remedies for digestive issues like dyspepsia, diarrhea, and constipation.
Additionally, basil seeds support detoxification and help rejuvenate the skin.
While they have a mild flavour rather than a strong taste, their unique texture makes them a valuable ingredient in various recipes.
