Home Remedies of Javitri (Mace Spice)
Take 1/2-1 gram of javitri powder or 1/2 piece of javitri in 1 cup of water, boil it for 5 minutes. Add jaggery to it, take it in the morning as rejuvenation tea.
Take 1/2-1 teaspoon of javitri powder in warm milk, which is good for blood circulation.
For arthritic pain - oil of mace spice can be applied to the swollen area and for arthritic pain.
As a manjan (tooth powder) - take javitri powder, add ash of black catechu, rub on the gums and teeth for bleeding gum and toothache.
For kidney - 1/4 teaspoon of javitri powder with lime juice twice a day is beneficial for kidney filtration and also helps to prevent kidney stones.
For skin - soak 1/4 piece of javitri with 5-6 dates in warm milk/water, sit it for 15-20 minutes, make a smoothie, once or twice a week is beneficial for skin rejuvenation.
As for aromatherapy - mace spice oil in a diffuser is beneficial for stress, and anxiety.
For asthma - internally with food preparation is useful. Steam inhalation of javitri(mace spice) clears the airway, also decreases the inflammations.
For digestion - javitri (mace spice) is also used as a flavoring agent into pickles, sabji(vegetable curry), curry, and stirfry vegetables.it helps to digest the food.
In sweet preparations - high fat or hard to digest food items can consume with javitri, as it digests the food well and prevents the feeling of stomach full.
For diabetes - soak 1/2 piece of javitri (mace spice) overnight, take a 1-inch piece of aloe vera, mix and make a juice, take it in the morning empty stomach is beneficial.
Considerations :
Overdose or long-term use of javitri (mace spice) can lead to hallucinations, confusion, and agitation.
