Take medicated water the whole day, always get hydrated.
Avoid taking alcohol or smoking.
Avoid using contaminated cloth, cosmetics, and belongings, it causes secondary infections.
Take a wholesome diet, avoid taking extreme sour, salty, spicy, and fried food.
Avoid getting obese, maintain weight and body metabolism too.
In burning sensations, use sandalwood powder for application, and decoction use for bath.
Take ginger powder in water, a whole day for drinking, it is useful to improve metabolism and reduces inflammation.
Take raw turmeric, add honey, and cow ghee, apply to the patches, it reducing the itching and scaling.
Apply mustard oil to the scaling area, it reduces the itching (apply according to the skin type).
Avoid taking dairy products, junk food, and processed food, as it triggered the itching and patches too.
Apply sandalwood oil with a carrier oil is beneficial in psoriasis.
Take neem decoction for the bath is useful in itching and redness.
Take rose petals, and sandalwood powder, make a paste with sesame oil, apply to the scaling patches.
In extreme itching take a pinch of soda bi-carb in water, apply this solution with a cotton swab to the affected area.
Castor oil application regularly is also beneficial in dry and cracked skin areas.

As one of the above symptoms is seen, it is better to consult a physician or an Ayurveda consultant for medication and treatment.
In Ayurveda, various panchakarma is beneficial to relieve the symptoms and further complications.
