Apply sandalwood (chandan) paste or an ice pack overnight.
Use aloe vera gel directly on the affected area.
Add turmeric (haldi) to boiling water and use it to rinse the skin before bathing.
Apply a mixture of carrot (gaajar) and spinach (palak) juice on the affected area.
Boil 2-3 slices of green mango peel in four cups of water until it forms a paste. Let it cool and apply for 15 days.

Boil three organic carrots until soft, mash into a paste, apply for 15 minutes, and rinse with cold water.
Steep a tablespoon each of ground juniper berry and thyme (ajwain ke phool) in boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Drink this after your main meal.
Boil 50g of horsetail plant (cheel) in 1 liter of water for 10 minutes, cool, strain, and add to bathwater. Bathe for 10 minutes.
Soak cucumber (kakadi) slices in water for two hours, strain the water, and apply with a clean cloth.
