Home Remedies for Dysentery
Mix roasted cumin seeds (jeera) with honey and consume.
Take 1-2 teaspoons of Bael (Aegle marmelos) fruit pulp with water twice daily.
Drink buttermilk with a pinch of rock salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin seed powder during breakfast and lunch.
Prepare a mixture of powdered dried ginger, cumin seeds, nutmeg, and black pepper (in equal parts). Add 2 teaspoons of psyllium husk (isabgol) and a pinch of rock salt. Take this in the morning with buttermilk and later with lukewarm water.

Take 5–10 grams of powdered sponge gourd (turai) seeds with buttermilk twice daily.
Mix chopped onion with equal parts tender Ficus religiosa (peepal) leaves, coriander, sugar, and curd. Chew this mixture.

Green gram soup and rice gruel are ideal.
Avoid junk food, bakery items, and dairy products.
Drink buttermilk with cumin powder, coriander powder, and ginger powder.
Stay hydrated with regular water; avoid cold water.
Address underlying anxiety, stress, or depression if present.
