Home Remedies for Dry Hair
Mash one ripe Banana (Kela) and apply it thoroughly from the roots to the ends. Leave it for about one hour and wash the hair with lukewarm water.
Make a paste of 1/2 cup Aloe Vera gel, two teaspoons each of Castor oil and powdered Fenugreek (methi), one teaspoon of Basil (tulsi) powder. Apply this mixture onto the dry hair and leave it overnight.
Warm 1/2 cup of Olive oil and massage it into your hair. Cover the hair with a towel and leave it for 45 minutes. Then wash it with shampoo.
Combine 3 tablespoons Yogurt (Dahi), 4 tablespoons Aloe Vera and 2 tablespoons Carrier Oil in a bowl. Mix it well and apply it to the hair. Leave it for about 30 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water.
Haircare Regimen for Dry Hair
Don’t wash hair more than 3 times a weak.
Oil your hair as per your skin type, regularly 3-4 times per week.
Apply oil to the scalp with a massage of 15-20 minutes.
Don’t use harsh shampoo or conditioner.
Take homemade proper diet, include cow ghee, sesame oil, peanuts, almonds in the diet.
Take proper sleep, avoid late-night waking up.
Excessive dry hair also smoothens via oiling with castor, sesame, coconut oil (as per skin type).
