Avoid taking food like curd, jaggery, sugar, meat, and other heavy foods, like dairy items, sugarcane, bakery items, etc.
Physical exercise, walking, running, and other activities are beneficial.
Take a light meal in short-short duration, avoid taking so much food at a time.
Take roasted chickpea, chickpea flour in the diet and ragi are also beneficial.
