Drinking fresh Orange juice daily will help reduce blood cholesterol levels.
Flaxseeds are great for lowering Cholesterol. Grind the seeds and add them to yogurt or cereal and consume it.
Add 2 teaspoons of Coriander (Dhaniya) seed powder to 1 cup of water and boil it. Then strain the mixture and drink once or twice a day.
Add 1 teaspoon each of Onion juice and Honey. Make a mixture and take this once a day.
Take 1 finely chopped Onion with 1/4th teaspoon of Pepper. Mix these with 1 cup of buttermilk and consume it on regular basis.
Mix 1 teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder in a glass of warm water. Take this daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
