Preparation of Golden Milk
Ingredients (Per 1 serve)
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
Unsweetened milk: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
Cinnamon powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 pinch (grounded)
Sweetener: 1 teaspoon (Optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a jar and mix them thoroughly. Take a saucepan to add milk and spices mixture to it. Bring it to hot (not boiling) over medium flame. Strain the drink and add sweetener (optional) of your choice. Stir to combine and serve.
