Add 20 gm fine Badam (Almonds) powder and Sharkara in sufficient quantity and again boil it for 5 to 10 minutes.
Now flame off the gas and add 30 ml of Shatavari Svarasa(rasa, juice) in it.
Place it in the fridge to cool down for 20 min.
Then mix all this in a mixture and serve in a glass by garnishing with kaju badam (dry
fruit) pieces.
Importance :
In Ayurveda shatavari is 'stanyajanana' so it's beneficial for lactating mothers.
Especially those suffering from less or no lactation. Shatavari is also 'Balya' and it's madhura (sweet) in taste so it
performs dhatu poshana and provides strength to children. It's also beneficial for all age groups people for strengthening
immunity. It's much easier to prepare so you can use it in day-to-day life and it is the best solution of health supplements.
