Ingredients :

  • Ragi flour - 250 grams.

  • Jaggery (Desi gud) - 250 grams.

  • Ardusi (Adhatoda) leaves - 20 grams.

  • Tulsi (Basil) leaves - 20 grams.

  • Ginger Paste - 50 grams.

  • Cardamom Powder - 10 grams.

  • Cows ghee - 100 grams.

  • How to prepare :

  • First, make a separate paste of Ardusi (Adhatoda) leaves, Tulsi (basil) leaves, and Ginger and fry it in ghee.

  • Then fry the ragi flour in cow's ghee over low heat.

  • Heat water in another vessel, add jaggery and make jaggery syrup.

  • Then mix Ardusi(adhatoda), Tulsi and Ginger paste and cardamom powder evenly in ragi flour.

  • And then add 3 tablespoon of ghee and slowly add jaggery syrup to it and make it lump so we can give a round shape to it.

  • Almond powder, cashew, dry coconut powder, Chocolate powder, etc. can be applied over it for a good appearance, and with the help of wooden toothpicks, we can also make lollipops of it.

  • Benefits :

    Ardusi, Tulsi and Ginger are good for decreasing Kapha.
    Rich source of Protein and fibers and Antioxidant rich.
