Ingredients :

  • Kharjur (dates) - 250 gm.

  • Cashew - 10.

  • Badaam (almonds) - 10.

  • Grated dry coconut (optional) - 100 gm.

  • Total quantity - 10 to 12 laddoos.


  • How to prepare :

  • Remove seeds from the dates and cut in small pieces.

  • Take a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee and roast chopped cashew, almonds.

  • Now mix the dates (kharjur) pieces in pan and roast for 3 to 5 minutes.

  • Take out the mixture from the pan and make small sized laddoos. Roll the laddoos over the grated coconut or roasted sesame seeds or khus khus (poppy seeds).



  • Benefits :

    Highly nutritious and contains fiber as well.
    Antioxidants present in Kharjur Laddoo helps to maintain good health.
    Works as energy booster for weak and pregnant women.


    Precaution :

    Not suggested for diabetics.
