Ingredients :

  • Khajur (dates) - 250 gm.

  • Cashew - 10.

  • Badam (almonds) - 10.

  • Grated dry coconut (optional) - 100 gm.

  • Total quantity - 10 to 12 Ladoo.

  • How to prepare :

  • Remove seeds from the dates and cut them into small pieces.

  • Take a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee, and roast chopped cashew, and almonds.

  • Now mix the dates (Khajur) pieces in a pan and roast for 3 to 5 minutes.

  • Take out the mixture from the pan and make small-sized ladoos. Roll the ladoos over the grated coconut or roasted sesame seeds or poppy seeds.

  • Benefits :

  • Highly nutritious and contains fiber as well.

  • Antioxidants present in Kharjur Ladoo help maintain good health.

  • Works as an energy booster for weak and pregnant women.

  • Precaution :

  • Not suggested for diabetics.
