Remove seeds from the dates and cut in small pieces.
Take a pan, add 2 spoons of ghee and roast chopped cashew, almonds.
Now mix the dates (kharjur) pieces in pan and roast for 3 to 5 minutes.
Take out the mixture from the pan and make small sized laddoos. Roll the laddoos over the grated coconut or roasted sesame seeds or khus khus (poppy seeds).
