Ingredients :

  • Fresh curd - 1/2 cup.

  • Water - 1 cup.

  • Salt - to taste.

  • Ginger - 1/2 inch piece.

  • Finely chopped coriander - 2 teaspoons.

  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon.

  • Finely chopped Green chilies - 1 chily.

  • How to prepare :

  • Take a deep vessel and blend curd and water well.

  • Now mix well by adding the rest of the spices and serve it cold.

  • If you want to soothe your stomach, then avoid adding green chili.
