Ingredients :

  • Green gram sprouts - 2 cups.

  • Chopped fenugreek leaves - 1 cup.

  • Ginger - 1 small piece.

  • Bengal gram flour - 2 teaspoons.

  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.

  • Salt - as per taste.

  • Ghee/oil - 1 teaspoon.

  • Total quantity - 2 in number (1 serving).

  • How to prepare :

  • Blend green gram sprouts and ginger in a mixer to a smooth paste.

  • Add chopped fenugreek leaves, bengal gram and salt to the batter. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Grease oil/ghee on the heated flat pan or tawa. Pour batter on the tawa and spread it evenly.

  • Flip the chila and let it cook well on both sides.

  • Now thin and crispy chilas are ready to serve.
