Ingredients :
Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) seeds or powder - 3 tsp.
Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra) powder - 2 tsp.
Sugar - 3-4 tsp.
Milk - 1/2 glass.
Water - 1/2 glass.
How to prepare :
Boil water for 3-5 minutes.
Add Gokshura seed or powder, yashtimadhu powder, and sugar and boil for 3-4 minutes.
After cooling down, add milk. It is ready to drink.
