Ingredients :

  • Fresh turmeric - 100 gm.

  • Multigrain flour - 50 gm.

  • Jaggery - 100 gm.

  • Cow ghee - 50 gm.

  • Dry fruits - 1 cup.

  • Fig dry - 4-5 soaked in water.

  • Milk - 200 gm.

  • How to prepare :

  • Roast Multigrain flour and keep it aside.

  • Add freshly grated turmeric paste to a pan with cow ghee. Roast it till separates the pan.

  • Add Jaggery powder and flour to the mixture.

  • Add boiled milk and fig paste, and keep stirring till it cooks properly.

  • Add dry fruits and serve hot.
