Ingredients :
Bhumyamalaki (Phyllanthus niruri) leaves - 7-8.
Jeera (Cumin) - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 3-4.
Grated coconut - 2 tsp.
Salt - as required.
Green chili (if required) - 1-2.
Buttermilk - 1-2 glass (Based on members).
For tadka - Mustard (4-5), curry leaves (3-4), Hing (1 pinch).
How to prepare :
In a pan, add a small quantity of oil, fry leaves, jeera, black
pepper, green chili for 3-5 minutes in a medium flame.
After cooling, add grated coconut, salt, and fried items in a
mixer jar and grind it, till it becomes a smooth paste.
Add freshly prepared buttermilk to the paste, mix it.
Add tadka by using mustard, curry leaves, hing, if required. With out tadka also can be served with rice.
