Take 2 cups of water and jaggery ,mix well and boil.
When barley flour is completely cooked in ghee mix ashwagandha powder ,cardamom and cinnamon powder and mix it well and add water jaggery mixture in
this. Keep stirring so that halwa gets cooked well.
Add almonds or almond powder.
