Take 2 cups of water and jaggery ,mix well and boil.
When barley flour is cooked completely in ghee, mix ashwagandha powder, cardamom and cinnamon powder and mix it well and then add jaggery water to this mixture. Keep stirring so that halwa gets cooked well.
Add almonds or almond powder.
