Vamaka (act as vomiting agent in treatment), kanthya (good for throat), hradroganashaka (treat cardiac disorders), mukharoganashana (treat oral cavity diseases)

Therapeutic Uses
|
1. Twakaroga - paste of bark and leaves are applied with water on skin disorders.
2. Lalastrava - in excessive salivation juice of leaves is beneficial.
3. Vamak - juice of the root is given for vomiting in skin and other disorders for detoxification.
