Habitat :
Ginger is a creeping perennial rhizomatous herb which can grow to a height of about 0.6-12m tall. The plant has lanceolate leaves 15-30cm long, which dies off each year.
Method of processing :
The rootstocks are collected in Autumn, cleaned and chopped into fine pieces and dried in clean warm place.
