1. Kustha - Leaves of Aragvadhas are made in to paste with Aranala and applied externally
2. Dry Cough - Flower is used in form of Avaleha (Linctus)
3. Fever - Root bark is used
4. Aamavaata (Arthritis) - Leaves of aragvadha are fried with mustard oil and taken in evening followed by meal. It alleviates ama.

Purification
|
The mature fruits are kept under the sun for seven days and leave them to dry. When they are dried, take out pulp and store in air tight container in suitable place.
