How to Prepare Kewra Water

  • Fully mature and white Kewra 30-40cm or above length flowers (specially male), add 2-3 petals chopped in 1 glass of warm water, soak overnight.

  • Drink this water in the morning, or in two batches, the first half in the morning, the second before breakfast or lunch.

  • Container/ Vessel Should Be Prioritized For Better Results:

  • Earthen/ glass.
