Vacancy for the Posts of Senior Physician, Ashtavaidyan Thaikkattu Mooss Vaidyaratnam Treatment Center Franchise,Chennai.
We are looking forward for a longstanding relationship and for a dynamic and enthusiastic person who can take charge of the treatment centre/s in Chennai.
Integrity, clean habits and good behavior is a mandate for the job.
In this capacity, the candidate will be the overall in charge of the operation of centre/s including OP and IP (future plan).
The current working time would be 7:30 am to 11:30 am and from 4 pm to 8:00 pm, Sunday will be a working day & Tuesday Holiday.
In case whenever required should be flexible and adaptive to change. This organization, Sashtra is in the expansion mode and hence in future may have to support multiple centers.
As a senior physician, you would also act as an advisor to the senior management on their expansion plans as well as support them during the process
In this capacity, the job responsibilities are mentioned below in brief yet are not limited to this
All staff members in the centre will be reporting to the senior physician.
Will be in charge of creating and constant updating of the process for the smooth operation of the centre.
Ensure that we have the right mix of therapists for each treatment.
Brief therapists on the process and hand hold them before and during each treatment.
In case required give adequate training to new therapists.
Managing Treatment schedule.
Mange customer conflicts and complaints ( Internal & external).
Ensuring that front office monitors effective Housekeeping.
Managing leaves and attendance.
Ensuring that hygiene factor is maintained - Staff and the centre/s.
Explain to the patient and therapist the treatment methodology and the requirement for the same.
Supervisory Role & Responsibilities :
Ensure customers are treated well by self, the front office and the therapists.
In case follow-ups are required ensure therapists or front office take care of the same on a timely fashion.
Ensure front office is up-to-date and oversee all their activities within given timeline.
Ensure front office takes care of stock audit of medicines & day to day therapy requirements like towels etc also have minimum expiry of medicines.
Order adequate medicines in a timely manner.
Create process to avoid wastage of medicines during therapy as well as due to expiry.
Copy of treatments & the medicines advised to be maintained real time.
Ensure patient records are maintained properly by the front office in real time.
Interact with front office for follow up with the existing & past clients for feedback.
Interact with front office on the status of the patients who have not accepted the therapy & reason for the same.
Customized diet chart to be prepared for each patient and copy to be maintained.
Customer data should be upto date in real time.
Manage conflicts within the team.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor Therapy.
Obtain feedback from clients and implement good suggestions.
Follow Vaidyartnam methodology and Vaidyatnam medicines.
Work collaboratively with senior physicians from Vaidyaratnam.
Mention dos & don'ts in writing to the patient.
Work with marketing and management on organizing

Manage Treatment schedule.
Ensure that we have the right mix of therapists for each treatment.

Ensure that the room and medicines are in place and that the treatment rom is ready and that the patient is not kept waiting.
Proper written down procedures to be followed before, during and after the treatment.
Ensure pathy is cleaned by self and post which housekeeping cleans the room after each treatment.
Ensure that hygiene factor is maintained - Self and the centre/s.
Explain to the patient the treatment methodology and the requirement for the same.
No argument with the customer or colleagues, any issues should be escalated to the doctor immediately.
Appropriate good behavior and approach to the patient and colleagues is mandatory.
Ensure that the procedures are followed during each treatment.
Patient follows the medicine and diet prescribed by doctor.
Give feedback to doctor on any complaints or suggestions from patients including symptoms noticed during treatment immediately.
Manage conflicts within the team.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Obtain feedback from clients, accept good suggestions and discuss with doctor and management.
Follow Vaidyartnam methodology and Vaidyatnam medicines.
Work collaboratively with senior physicians from Vaidyaratnam.
Work with marketing and management on organizing
