How to Use Almonds (Badam)
Soak 4-5 almonds overnight in normal water, then drink them with milk or water in the morning for more effectiveness.
It is also beneficial to consume almond milk. Soak 10-15 almonds in warm water for 6-8 hours, grind them into a paste, add 1 cup of water, and strain it. This milk can be used instead of regular milk, as well as for making curd. It promotes health when taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
An energy bar made from almonds is beneficial for children for munching, and a healthier option. For making this energy bar, take 10-15 almonds, roast them in ghee for 2-3 minutes, cut them into small pieces, caramelize jaggery, add almonds, pour the mixture onto your plate, smooth it out, cool it down, and cut it into pieces.
