  • An energy bar made from almonds is beneficial for children for munching, and a healthier option. For making this energy bar, take 10-15 almonds, roast them in ghee for 2-3 minutes, cut them into small pieces, caramelize jaggery, add almonds, pour the mixture onto your plate, smooth it out, cool it down, and cut it into pieces.
