How to Use Pumpkin Seeds for Natural Deworming
Pumpkin seeds have been traditionally used as a natural remedy to support digestive health and help eliminate intestinal worms. When consumed appropriately, they may assist in deworming and help prevent recurrent worm infestations.
Children can take 5-7 pumpkin seeds with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning to get rid of worms.
Take 7-8 pumpkin seeds with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, take it with water before bed, it helps to eradicate worms in children.
To expel the worms, take 4-5 pumpkin seeds and 1/4 teaspoon of jaggery twice a day for a week before meals.
For easy deworming, roast pumpkin seeds in sesame oil, make a paste, add black salt, and a pinch of black pepper, and take it in the morning with warm water for a week.
In the morning before breakfast, take one teaspoon of equal parts of roasted pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and hemp seeds with warm water. It prevents worm infestation as well as eradicates it.
