How to Use Neem (Nimba) Against Worms
Take neem leaves, add rock salt and take them with hot water for a week, on an empty stomach, to eliminate worms from the inside out.
You can also expel worms by taking fresh neem flowers and flower buds with rock salt before meals twice a day.
The decoction of neem bark is also useful for eliminating worms.
Make a smooth mixture with 2 teaspoons of neem leaf paste, 2 teaspoons of honey, and a pinch of black pepper, and take it before bed with normal water.
Add neem leaf powder to warm oil and apply to the anal region to reduce itching and eliminate pinworms.
Deworming can be accomplished by applying neem seed oil to the anal region and drinking one teaspoon of it with half a cup of warm water before bed.
