How to Use Honey Against Worms

  • For intestinal worms, combine 1-2 teaspoons of honey with 1-2 grams of ajwain seed powder and take it with normal water before bed.

  • To eliminate worms, take 2 teaspoons of raw honey with 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste and a pinch of black pepper powder in the morning with normal water.

  • Add 2 teaspoons of raw grated papaya, 2 teaspoons of honey, and black salt to taste and take this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • To get rid of worms in children, mix 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/4th teaspoon of minced garlic, and 1/4th teaspoon of black pepper powder and take this in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Precaution and diet

  • To deworm, avoid using honey with hot water or in the hot season. Instead, use it with normal water in cold or normal weather.

  • Make sure your diet is wholesome, according to the type of body you have and the severity of the infestation.

  • It is best not to consume sweets, very unctuous foods, or processed foods.
