How to Use Ginger Against Worms

  • To eradicate worms, take 1 inch of fresh ginger, mince it, add a pinch of black pepper powder, and take it with 1 teaspoon of jaggery every morning for a week.

  • It is also beneficial to drink ginger tea before meals to deworm. Simply boil 1/2 cup of water, add grated ginger, black salt, 1/2 teaspoon of jaggery, and 4-5 mint leaves for a few minutes, and drink it before meals.

  • Take half a teaspoon of ginger juice and half a teaspoon of honey before bed for a week to deworm children and adults.

  • You can make a paste of 1/2 teaspoon each of ginger juice and mustard oil, and 1 teaspoon of jaggery. Take it with warm water before bed to deworm adults.

  • Precaution and diet

  • Ginger is more potent when it is fresh. Consider the season, age, and body type of children and adults when taking it.

  • Don't take ginger in hot weather or during the summer, or with sugar, jaggery, and other cold-treating medications.

  • Eat fresh, easy-to-digest foods during therapy, and avoid processed, spicy, and salty foods.
