How to Use Eucalyptus Essential Oil

  • Eucalyptus oil is filtered oil from the eucalyptus leaves. Diluted eucalyptus oil can be applied to the skin to treat arthritis and skin ulcers.

  • As it is highly toxic, undiluted eucalyptus oil is not preferable to take by mouth. If taken so, it may lead to dizziness, drowsiness, loss of muscle control and even blocks the nervous system. Always dilute the oil in warm water before consuming it.


  • Benefits of Eucalyptus oil for Hair

  • Dilute eucalyptus oil with tea tree oil and apply it to the hair for removal of head lice both in adults and children.

  • Anti-inflammatory properties in this oil can reduce scalp inflammation and helps hair growth.

  • It helps grow the hair and also prevents hair loss.

  • Take 10 spoons of coconut oil, 1 spoon of almond oil, 10 drops of eucalyptus oil, apply to the scalp with the tip of your fingers 2 hours before hair wash.
