How to Use Ajwain Seeds for Worm Infestation

Ajwain seeds, also known as carom seeds, are traditionally used in natural remedies for intestinal worms, digestive health, and scalp infections. Their antimicrobial and digestive properties may help support gut health and relieve worm infestations naturally.

  • Mix ajwain seed powder and rock salt in water and drink it before bedtime for one week to help get rid of intestinal worms.

  • Ajwain seeds mixed with jaggery are considered beneficial for worm infestations in children. This mixture may be given twice daily for one week in age-appropriate quantities.

  • Boil 1 liter of water and add 1 teaspoon of ajwain seeds. Cover with a lid and allow it to infuse. Drink this water throughout the day. It is traditionally used to support relief from intestinal worm infestations and bacterial infections.

  • An enema prepared with ajwain seed water is traditionally used for severe worm infestations. Mix 5-10 g of powdered ajwain seeds in 300-400 ml of warm water. Use this remedy only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare expert.
