Why vomiting occurs in pregnancy?

Home Remedies for Vomiting During Pregnancy
Make Ginger (adarak) powder and take around 250 mg, about 3 times a day.
Take the juice of 15 to 20 Curry Leaves, then add 2 teaspoons of Lime juice and 1 teaspoon of sugar to it. Consume this 2 or 3 times a day.
Chew 1 teaspoon of Fennel (saunf) seeds after meals.
Extract juice from 1 Bael fruit and add 2 to 4 tablespoons of it to cooked rice. Eat this once a day.
Mix Lemon juice with some lukewarm water and have a sip.
Make some slices of Lemon and burn them over a low flame. Now dry them under the sun and make them into a fine powder.
One can either have this powder raw or mix it with water and take it.
Take a lime, orange, pomegranate, amla, star fruit in the diet, it helps to rehydrate and avoid the feeling of vomiting.
Don’t drink so much fluid at once, take food that has a good and natural pleasant smell.
Take adequate sleep, and rest a day and night according to season.
Avoid taking junk food, and bakery items, it helps to reduce stomach disturbance, and nausea too.
Take a wholesome diet, drink lime water in the daytime.
