What is A2 Milk?
There are different varieties of cow milk in which A2 is one of them. It is the most unadulterated and pure form of milk. It contains a protein called A2 instead of A1 (beta-casein). Originally all cow's milk started with A2 protein, but overtime A1 is developed. Genetic variations have resulted in mixed proteins of A1 & A2, which is today's regular cow milk. Now, this A2 milk is extracted from selected cows with only A2 protein.
