  • How to Prepare Stress Water

  • Take any one of the above ingredients in 1 teaspoon in fresh condition chopped or as it is as per the requirements.

  • Soak them in one glass of water overnight and take them in the morning or in batches twice or thrice per day.

  • To reduce anxiety, it should be taken early in the morning and in the evening, and before sleep.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Silver/ glass/ earthen.
