What are the Ingredients?

  • Ginger

  • Coriander seeds

  • Asparagus

  • Edible stemmed vine/ asthi shrinkhala

  • Edible gum (from Commiphora Mukul preferred)

  • Raisins

  • Dates

  • How to Prepare Healing Water for Musculoskeletal Disease

  • Take a teaspoon of any one of the above ingredients in fresh condition chopped or as it is as per the requirements.

  • Soak in 1 glass of water overnight and take them in the morning or in batches twice or thrice a day.

  • Soak ¼ teaspoon of edible gum in warm water and take 1-2 times a day with water and a semi-liquid portion.

  • The edible stemmed vine should be chopped into 1-inch pieces or made into a paste, soaked overnight, and then eaten.

  • Raisin and dates are useful as water and juice (churn in a mixer jar) as well.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Glass/ earthen/ gold.


  • Health Benefits of Healing Water

  • Acute and chronic musculoskeletal diseases can be treated with this healing water.

  • Ginger and coriander are beneficial for acute and inflammatory conditions.

  • Dates and raisins are beneficial for bone and muscle strength.

  • After surgeries or muscle and bone injuries, edible stem vine and gum can be beneficial.


  • Age-wise drinking dose and benefits:

    Children:

  • ¼ cup in the morning is adequate for children above 7-8 years.

  • Children should only take this water when suggested by their physicians, paediatricians, or Ayurvedic practitioners.

  • Adults:

  • One cup in the morning or 3-4 cups in a day.

  • This healing water helps to cure the early stages of chronic diseases.

  • It is also beneficial to improve and grow bones and muscles.

  • After physical strength activities, this water helps to recover.

  • Elders:

  • One cup in the morning, and before meals 1 cup twice a day.

  • This healing water helps to regulate the movements and functions of the muscles and bones.

  • Additionally, it promotes adequate circulation and nutrition to the joints.

  • During this age, it also prevents inflammation and stiffness problems.
