What are the ingredients?

  • Ajwain seeds

  • Aloe vera

  • Fennel seeds

  • Dill seeds

  • Gum (Preferably Commiphora Mukul)

  • Shatavari

  • Ashoka bark

  • How to Prepare Healing Water

  • Take one teaspoon of any of the first four ingredients in one glass of water, and take water and seeds too if you want more benefits.

  • For gum take ¼ teaspoon in a glass of warm water overnight, take it in the morning or in batches two or three times a day along with the semi-liquid portion.

  • Take a one-inch pulp paste of aloe vera that is soaked in one glass of water and can be taken in batches or the morning.

  • A fresh paste or powder of Shatavari and Ashoka bark is taken with water in the morning and throughout the day in batches.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Wooden/ glass/ earthen/ silver.


  • Health Benefits of Menopause Healing Water

  • Ashoka and aloe vera are beneficial for painful and scanty menstruation.

  • A major benefit of Shatavari is its ability to regulate hormones and menstruation.

  • Dill, ajwain, and fennel seeds are beneficial for dysmenorrhea and the irregular cycle of menstruation.


  • Age-Wise Drinking Dose and Benefits:

    Adults:

  • 1 cup in the morning or 3-4 cups in a day.

  • This healing water helps adolescent girls with the above problems as well as preventing further complications.

  • It helps to treat amenorrhea and other problems of menarche.

  • Elders:

  • 1 cup in the morning, and after-meal 1 cup twice a day.

  • Water helps regulate the cycle during menopause or after menopausal symptoms.

  • It is also beneficial for the after-menopausal symptoms and hormonal changes, especially Shatavari.

  • Additionally, it helps the body recover from excessive bleeding or debility.
