  • How to Prepare Healing Water for Low Blood Pressure

  • Take one teaspoon of any of the above ingredients, chopped or as they are in fresh condition.

  • Soak them in 1 glass of water overnight and take them in the morning or in batches twice or thrice a day.

  • For better digestion, the remaining lemon pieces should be taken with salt after a meal.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Wooden/ glass/ copper.

    Children:

  • ¼ cup in the morning is adequate for children above 7-8 years.

  • One cup in the morning or 3-4 cups in a day.
