  • How to Prepare Hypertension Water

  • Take 1 teaspoon of any one of the above ingredients in fresh condition chopped or as it is as per the requirements.

  • Soak in 1 glass of water overnight and take them in the morning or batches twice or thrice a day.

  • For lowering blood pressure levels, it should be taken early in the morning and the evening.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Silver/ glass/ earthen.

  • One cup in the morning, and before meals one cup twice a day.
