What are the Ingredients?

  • Ginger

  • Amla

  • Raisin

  • Ajwain seeds

  • Fennel seeds

  • Coriander seeds

  • Rock sugar

  • How to Prepare Healing Water for Digestive Problems

  • Take one teaspoon of any one of the seeds of ajwain, coriander, and fennel, soak overnight in a glass of water and take in batches throughout the day.

  • Take amla coarse or fine powder in 1 glass of water overnight and take them in the morning or batches twice or thrice a day.

  • Soak fresh paste or coarse powder of ginger in a glass of water overnight and take it twice a day.

  • Mix 2 teaspoons of rock sugar in 1 glass of water, and take it in the morning or the afternoon.

  • Soak 2 teaspoons of raisins in 1 glass of water overnight and can take it with fruits in the morning.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Glass/ porcelain/ earthen.


  • Health Benefits of Healing Water

  • Raisins and rock sugar are beneficial for dyspepsia, heartburn, or hyperacidity.

  • Ajwain, fennel and coriander seeds are useful in flatulence, belching, and bloating.

  • Ginger and amla are beneficial for a healthy digestive system.



  • Age-Wise Drinking Dose and Benefits:

    Children:

  • ¼ cup in the morning is adequate for children above 7-8 years.

  • It is beneficial for increasing appetite and boosting digestion.

  • Adults:

  • One cup in the morning or 3-4 cups in a day.

  • This water can help with hyperacidity and heartburn caused by poor eating habits or junk food consumption.

  • It is also suitable for college students and people with stressful lives.

  • Elders:

  • One cup in the morning, and before meals 1 cup twice a day.

  • The digestive enzymes and secretions are well regulated by this water and the appetite is also stimulated.

  • Healing water provides soothing effects for dyspepsia and hyperacidity.
