What are the ingredients?

  • Ashwagandha

  • Shatavari

  • Rose

  • Khus

  • Kewra

  • Amla

  • How to Prepare Healing Water

  • Take amla or rose petals as a coarse powder/fresh paste soaked in water overnight and take it in the morning or batches twice or thrice daily.

  • Take ashwagandha or Shatavari as fresh paste/ or coarse powder in 1 glass of water and take it twice a day.

  • Take two teaspoons of kewra or khus root powder in one glass of water each morning or afternoon.

  • Container/ Vessel Should be Prioritized for Better Results:

  • Glass/ gold/ silver/ copper/ earthen.


  • Age-Wise Drinking Dose and Benefits:

    For Teenager:

  • One cup in the morning is adequate for those above 14 years.

  • Hyperactive and naughty children can use it to channel their study and attention in addition to reducing confusion and stress (Rose, Kewra, Khus).

  • In addition to boosting energy, this water is beneficial to those who are lethargic (Ashwagandha and Shatavari).

  • This healing water effortlessly improves understanding, skills, and efficiency.

  • For Adults:

  • One cup in the morning or 3 cups in a day.

  • For a hyper-active and result-oriented lifestyle, it is a better rejuvenator as well as a support (amla).

  • Healing water is beneficial for the betterment and boosts up the energy of sportspersons. (Shatavari, ashwagandha).
